We Testify is devoted to the cause of Jesus Christ, to spreading the good news of his atoning sacrifice through the faithful testifying of his followers.
In 1 Peter 3:15, we learn the command to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” Through this site, we are answering Peter’s call. We are preparing a response and sharing it with others.
We Testify is a nondenominational forum for believers in Christ to share their stories for evangelistic purposes as well as for encouraging the existing body of Christ.
When you submit a testimony story to this site, you are acknowledging that you share the following beliefs:
God exists as one, but in three persons, commonly known as the trinity: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Spirit. Jesus Christ came to earth as both God and man to live a sinless life and die in our place on the cross, for our sins, that we might be reconciled to God. After he died, he rose again and ascended to heaven, where he reigns and will someday return in glory. When we believe in Jesus, repent of our sins, and commit our lives to him, we become Christians. As Christians, God works in our lives to make us more like Jesus, until the day we see Him face to face. This is the foundation of our most powerful stories, our testimonies.
